🥖 Easiest Stromboli Recipe Ever!! 🧀



METHOD :


  1. Preheat & Prepare:
    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll Out the Dough:
    On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12x10 inches).

  3. Add Fillings:
    Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then layer on pepperoni, Italian sausage, and any additional toppings.

  4. Roll & Seal:
    Starting from the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal.

  5. Brush with Egg Wash:
    In a small bowl, beat the egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush the stromboli with the egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  6. Bake:
    Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Garnish & Serve:
    Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
