METHOD :
Mix the Ingredients:

Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Use the wrap to shape the mixture into a ball, twisting the ends to secure.Chill:
Refrigerate the cheeseball for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm.Coat with Pecans:
Before serving, roll the cheeseball in additional chopped pecans to coat evenly.Serve & Enjoy:
