METHOD :
1️⃣ Make Crust:
Mix crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze 10 mins.
2️⃣ Whip Filling:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
3️⃣ Assemble:
Spread filling over crust. Chill 4+ hours (or overnight).
4️⃣ Add Topping:
Arrange strawberries over cheesecake. Brush with warm jam glaze.
5️⃣ Serve Chilled:
Garnish with mint. Slice with a warm knife!
Pro Tip: For neat slices, dip knife in hot water between cuts.
