METHOD :
1️⃣ Bake & Cool Cake:
Prepare and bake cake in 9x13" pan as directed. Let cool completely (1 hour).
2️⃣ Poke & Pour Jello:
Use a fork to poke holes all over cake.
Dissolve each Jello in 1 cup boiling water + ½ cup cold water.
Carefully pour red Jello over half the cake, blue over the other half.
Refrigerate 2+ hours (overnight is best).
3️⃣ Top & Serve:
Mix whipped topping with powdered sugar. Spread over cake.
Add sprinkles if using. Keep chilled until serving!
