METHOD :
1️⃣ Brown the Beef:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook beef, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Add Garlic & Spices:
Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
3️⃣ Simmer:
Add macaroni, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
4️⃣ Serve:
Top with shredded cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy hot!
Pro Tip: For extra creaminess, stir in 1/4 cup sour cream at the end!
