METHOD :
1️⃣ Prepare the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Shape the mixture into 8 meatballs.
Press a cube of cheddar cheese into the center of each meatball, sealing the cheese inside.
2️⃣ Wrap the Meatballs:
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Place a meatball in the center of each circle and wrap the dough around it, sealing the edges.
3️⃣ Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each bomb with the beaten egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, and pickles for dipping. Enjoy these cheesy, meaty bites!
