METHOD :
1️⃣ Brown the Beef:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain fat, then stir in garlic, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
2️⃣ Prepare Potatoes:
Toss potato slices with melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Make Cheese Sauce:
In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, soup, milk, and sour cream until combined.
4️⃣ Layer & Bake:
In a greased 9x13" baking dish:
- Layer half the potatoes
- Spread all the beef mixture
- Top with remaining potatoes
- Pour cheese sauce evenly over top
- Sprinkle with mozzarella
5️⃣ Bake & Serve:
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 more minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley.
Pro Tip: Let rest 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing!
