METHOD :
1️⃣ Sauté Aromatics:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for 2 mins until fragrant.
2️⃣ Cook Chicken:
Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until no longer pink (5-6 mins).
3️⃣ Add Sauces & Crunch:
Stir in hoisin, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil.
Fold in water chestnuts and green onions. Cook 2 more mins. Season with salt/pepper.
4️⃣ Serve:
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with extra green onions and serve with rice.
