METHOD :
1️⃣ Brown the Meat:
In a skillet, cook beef, onion, and bell pepper until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat and transfer to slow cooker.
2️⃣ Add Sauce Ingredients:
Stir in garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard, and spices.
3️⃣ Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours or HIGH 2-3 hours.
4️⃣ Serve:
Spoon onto toasted buns with coleslaw or pickles!
Pro Tip: For thicker sauce, remove lid last 30 mins or add 1 tbsp tomato paste.
