In a crockpot, add chicken breasts, green chiles, white beans, onion, garlic, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.Shred the Chicken:
Remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.Add Creaminess:
Stir in sour cream or Greek yogurt until the chili is creamy and well combined.Serve & Garnish:
