METHOD :
1️⃣ Prep Vegetables:
Slice cucumbers and red onion. Chop fresh dill.
2️⃣ Make Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Combine & Chill:
Toss cucumbers, onion, and dill in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over and mix gently.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with extra dill if desired. Stays fresh for 2 days in fridge!
