METHOD :
1️⃣ Make the Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine, then pour into cupcake molds or a greased baking dish. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling: Beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in marshmallow fluff and vanilla.
3️⃣ Assemble: Once cakes are cool, cut them in half or poke a hole in the center. Pipe in the creamy filling.
4️⃣ Chocolate Coating: Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. Dip the filled cakes or drizzle over the top.
