1️⃣ Make the Chips:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brush tortillas with butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cut into wedges and bake 8-10 mins until crisp.
2️⃣ Prep the Salsa:
Gently mix all diced fruit in a bowl.
Drizzle with honey, lime juice/zest, and mint. Toss lightly.
3️⃣ Serve & Devour:
Let salsa sit 15 mins (no longer!) to meld flavors.
Arrange chips around a bowl of salsa. Garnish with extra mint.
