METHOD :
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.Add Dry Ingredients:
Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips or chunks.Scoop & Bake:
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.Cool & Serve:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy!
