Hearty Salmon Grain Bowl with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette 🐟

 






 INGREDIENTS :


For the Bowl:

  • 1 cup cooked grains (quinoa, brown rice, or farro)
  • 1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz), cooked and flaked
  • ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

For the Honey Mustard Vinaigrette:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
