- ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
For the Honey Mustard Vinaigrette:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
