METHOD :
1️⃣ Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
2️⃣ Combine:
Return pasta to pot. Add pesto and pasta water, tossing until creamy.
3️⃣ Add Extras:
Stir in tomatoes, Parmesan, and nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Serve Immediately:
Garnish with extra basil and Parmesan.
Pro Tip: For extra flavor, drizzle with chili oil or lemon zest!
