METHOD :
Preheat the Smoker:
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).Season the Wings:
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.Smoke the Wings:
Place the wings on the smoker racks, leaving space between each wing. Smoke for 30 minutes, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).Crisp the Wings:
Increase the smoker temperature to 375°F (190°C) or transfer the wings to a preheated grill or oven. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden.Serve & Enjoy:
Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
