Smoked Chicken Wings


METHOD :


  1. Preheat the Smoker:
    Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).

  2. Season the Wings:
    In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Smoke the Wings:
    Place the wings on the smoker racks, leaving space between each wing. Smoke for 30 minutes, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  4. Crisp the Wings:
    Increase the smoker temperature to 375°F (190°C) or transfer the wings to a preheated grill or oven. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden.

  5. Serve & Enjoy:
    Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
