Spaghetti Salad (Summer Must-Make!)

 

Steps to make spaghetti salad: cooking, mixing, serving.


METHOD :



1️⃣ Cook the Pasta Perfectly:

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Prep the Veggies & Cheese:

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and mozzarella in a large bowl.

3️⃣ Make the Dressing:

Whisk Italian dressing, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Assemble & Chill:

Add cooled pasta to the veggie mix. Pour dressing over and toss gently.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).

Before serving, stir in Parmesan and fresh basil.
