Watermelon Juice with Carrot, Beetroot & Ginger

 

Step-by-step juice preparation from chopping to serving.


METHOD :


1️⃣ Prep the Veggies:
Wash and chop all ingredients into small pieces for easier blending.

2️⃣ Blend:
In a high-speed blender, combine watermelon, carrot, beetroot, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend until completely smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

3️⃣ Strain (Optional):
For a silky texture, strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Otherwise, enjoy as a fiber-rich smoothie!

4️⃣ Serve Chilled:
Pour over ice, garnish with mint, and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness.

Pro Tip: For an anti-inflammatory boost, add 1/4 tsp turmeric with the ginger!
