INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Rub:

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)

For Smoking:

  • Wood chips (apple, cherry, or hickory)

Optional Glaze (last 10 mins):

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
