METHOD :
1️⃣ Prep the Pork:
Pat tenderloin dry, coat with olive oil, and apply rub evenly. Let rest 30 mins.
2️⃣ Preheat Smoker:
Set smoker to 225°F (107°C) and add wood chips.
3️⃣ Smoke:
Place tenderloin on grill grates. Smoke for 60–90 mins until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
4️⃣ Glaze (Optional):
Brush with honey-mustard mixture during last 10 mins for a caramelized finish.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve:
Let rest 5–10 mins before slicing. Serve with grilled veggies or mashed potatoes!
