METHOD :
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ Make the Honey Mustard Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Coat the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Pour the honey mustard glaze over the chicken, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Baste the chicken with the glaze halfway through cooking.
