Blueberry Cream Muffins


METHOD :


1️⃣ Prepare the Batter:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another bowl, mix the sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.


2️⃣ Add the Blueberries:

  • Toss the blueberries with 1 tbsp flour (optional, to prevent sinking). Gently fold them into the batter.


3️⃣ Fill the Muffin Tin:

  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.


4️⃣ Bake:

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.


5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

  • Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy these soft, fluffy muffins with a cup of coffee or tea!
