METHOD :
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
2️⃣ Add the Blueberries:
Toss the blueberries with 1 tbsp flour (optional, to prevent sinking). Gently fold them into the batter.
3️⃣ Fill the Muffin Tin:
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy these soft, fluffy muffins with a cup of coffee or tea!
