METHOD :
1️⃣ Make the Crust:
Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into 9x13" dish. Freeze 10 mins.
2️⃣ Cheesecake Layer:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spread over crust. Chill 1 hour.
3️⃣ Top & Finish:
Spread pie filling over cheesecake layer.
Sprinkle fresh blueberries if using.
Chill 4+ hours (overnight best).
Garnish with zest and mint before serving.
