METHOD :
1️⃣ Prep & Preheat:
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
2️⃣ Make Toffee Coating:
Melt butter, sugars, and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat.
Boil 3 mins without stirring (until 300°F on a candy thermometer).
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and baking soda (will foam!).
3️⃣ Coat & Bake:
Quickly toss pretzels in toffee until coated. Spread on sheets.
Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 45 mins, stirring every 15 mins.
4️⃣ Cool & Break:
Let cool completely. Break into clusters. Store airtight!
