METHOD :
1️⃣ Make the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a lined 9x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then cool completely.
2️⃣ Prepare the Caramel:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt caramels with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and spread evenly. Chill for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Create the Chocolate Layer:
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (double boiler or microwave). Stir in crispy rice cereal. Spread over caramel layer.
4️⃣ Chill & Slice:
Refrigerate for 1 hour until set. Cut into bars and garnish with sea salt or caramel drizzle if desired.
Storage Tip: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week!
