Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding

Freshly baked chocolate banana bread pudding with crispy crust


METHOD :


1️⃣ Prep Bread:

Toss bread cubes with chocolate chips in a greased baking dish.


2️⃣ Make Custard:

Whisk mashed bananas, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.


3️⃣ Soak & Bake:

Pour custard over bread, pressing down to submerge. Let sit 15 minutes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes until set.


4️⃣ Serve Warm:

Top with ice cream and caramel drizzle.


Pro Tip: For extra richness, replace 1/2 cup milk with heavy cream!
