METHOD :
1️⃣ Bake the Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8" pan with parchment.
Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt until just combined.
Bake 20–25 mins until set. Cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Mousse:
Whip cream, powdered sugar, cocoa, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
3️⃣ Layer & Chill:
Spread mousse evenly over cooled brownies.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight).
4️⃣ Slice & Serve:
Cut into squares. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Keep refrigerated!
