METHOD :

Toss potato wedges with olive oil and seasonings. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 mins, flipping halfway, until crispy.
2️⃣ Make Batter:
Whisk flour, spices, and beer until smooth. Let rest 10 mins.
3️⃣ Fry Fish:
Heat oil (350°F/175°C). Dip fish in batter, fry 3-4 mins until golden. Drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ Serve Hot:
Plate with potatoes, lemon wedges, and dipping sauces.
