🥚 Deviled Egg Pasta Salad





METHOD :


  1. Cook the Pasta:
    Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

  2. Prepare the Dressing:
    In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Combine Salad Ingredients:
    Add the cooled pasta, chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing. Gently toss until everything is well coated.

  4. Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Serve & Garnish:
    Before serving, give the salad a final stir and sprinkle with extra paprika for garnish. Enjoy cold!
