Dr. Pepper Ice Cream

     

Making Dr. Pepper ice cream from syrup to scoop.


METHOD :



1️⃣ Reduce the soda: Simmer Dr. Pepper until syrupy (½ cup). Cool completely.

2️⃣ Whip it real good: Beat heavy cream to stiff peaks.

3️⃣ Fold in magic: Gently mix in condensed milk, cooled Dr. Pepper syrup, vanilla, and salt.

4️⃣ Swirl & freeze: Pour into loaf pan, sprinkle with cherries/toffee if using. Freeze 6+ hours.

5️⃣ Scoop the shock: Serve with extra syrup drizzle and a straw for full soda-shop effect!
