🥗 Easiest Chicken Salad 🍗

 


 INGREDIENTS :


  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for tanginess)
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (or ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional, for freshness)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Optional add-ins:


  • ½ cup grapes, halved

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
