METHOD :
Prepare the Chicken:
If using rotisserie chicken, shred or dice the meat. If using leftover cooked chicken, ensure it’s cooled and cut into bite-sized pieces.Mix the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), celery, green onions, and parsley. Mix until well combined.Add Optional Ingredients:
If using, fold in grapes, nuts, or hard-boiled egg.Season & Serve:
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.Enjoy:
