METHOD :
1️⃣ Activate the Yeast
In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2️⃣ Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
3️⃣ Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4️⃣ Let It Rise
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
5️⃣ Shape & Bake
Punch down the dough, divide if needed, and roll out to desired thickness. Top with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings. Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and crispy.
