METHOD :
No-Bake Energy Bites:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla until well combined.
2️⃣ Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries:
1️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
2️⃣ Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
3️⃣ Refrigerate for 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
