METHOD :
Prep & Preheat:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare grill for medium-high heat.
Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches each).
Layer Ingredients:
Divide potatoes, sausage, peppers, and onion evenly among foil sheets.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil or top with butter pats.
Seal Packets:
Bring foil edges together and fold tightly to seal. Leave a little room inside for steam.
Cook & Serve:
Bake or grill 25–30 minutes (until potatoes are tender).
Carefully open packets (watch for steam!). Garnish with herbs or cheese if desired.
