French Onion Roast Beef Sliders

METHOD :



1️⃣ Prepare the Caramelized Onions:
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and caramelized. Sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar halfway through cooking to enhance sweetness.

2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish. Layer the roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese on the buns. Top with the other half of the buns.

3️⃣ Make the Garlic-Parmesan Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, and onion powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.

4️⃣ Bake & Serve:
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
