Garbage Bread

METHOD :


1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle (about 12x16 inches).

2️⃣ Add the Toppings:
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the sauce. Layer on the pepperoni, sausage, olives, bell peppers, and onions. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

3️⃣ Roll and Seal:
Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges to seal. Place the log seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4️⃣ Bake:
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Let the bread cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy this cheesy, flavorful treat!
