INGREDIENTS :
For the Chicken:

- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Salad:
- 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, or spinach)

- ½ cucumber (sliced)
- ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
- ½ avocado (sliced)
- ¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ cup toasted almonds or walnuts (optional)
For the Lemon Dressing:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic (minced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
