METHOD :
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.

3️⃣ Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and feta cheese.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken on top.
4️⃣ Drizzle & Serve:
- Pour the lemon dressing over the salad and toss gently.
