Loaded Broccoli Cauliflower Salad (Low Carb)

 

Low-carb broccoli cauliflower salad with bacon and cheese.

  

METHOD :



1️⃣ Prep Veggies:

Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

Soak red onion in cold water for 10 mins to mellow flavor (optional).

2️⃣ Make Dressing:

Whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth.

3️⃣ Assemble & Chill:

In a large bowl, combine veggies, cheese, bacon, and seeds.

Toss with dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (overnight is best!).

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Stir well before serving. Top with extra bacon if desired.
