No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

1) Melting butter/sugar, 2) Spreading chocolate layer, 3) Pressing top oat layer with hands.


METHOD :


1️⃣ Line Pan:

Grease an 8x8" baking pan or line with parchment paper.


2️⃣ Make Oat Mixture:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla until dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in oats until fully coated.


3️⃣ Press Base Layer:

Press half the oat mixture firmly into the prepared pan.


4️⃣ Make Chocolate Layer:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over oat layer and spread evenly.


5️⃣ Top & Chill:

Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over chocolate layer, pressing gently. Chill in fridge for 2+ hours until set.


6️⃣ Slice & Serve:

Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.


Pro Tip: For cleaner cuts, use a warm knife!
