One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken

  


METHOD :



1️⃣ Season the Chicken:

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

2️⃣ Sear the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer.

Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.

4️⃣ Combine & Serve:

Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Serve hot with steamed rice, veggies, or your favorite side. Enjoy this sweet, savory, and sticky delight!
