Perfect Sheer Khurma Recipe

METHOD :



1️⃣ Prepare the Vermicelli:
Heat the ghee in a large pot and roast the vermicelli on medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Milk:
In the same pot, pour the milk and bring it to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3️⃣ Add the Vermicelli and Sweeteners:
Add the roasted vermicelli, sugar, and soaked saffron to the milk. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vermicelli is soft.

4️⃣ Add Dates, Nuts, and Spices:
Stir in the chopped dates, mixed nuts, dried fruits, and cardamom powder. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with rose petals, silver leaf, or extra nuts if desired. Serve warm or chilled, and enjoy this luxurious Eid treat!
