INGREDIENTS :
For the Pumpkin Mascarpone Cream:
- 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
For the Assembly:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- 24-30 ladyfingers (savoiardi)
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Optional: Whipped cream and cinnamon sticks for garnish
