METHOD :
1️⃣ Prep Peaches:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss peaches with sugars, spices, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish.
2️⃣ Make Topping:
Whisk dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in boiling water until just combined (batter will be thick).
3️⃣ Assemble:
Drop spoonfuls of batter over peaches (don’t spread completely).
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake 25-30 mins until golden and bubbly.
5️⃣ Serve Warm:
Let rest 10 mins. Top with ice cream!
Pro Tip: For extra caramelization, broil 1-2 mins at the end!
