- 2 cups vegetable broth 
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for vegan option) 
- 1 tsp dried thyme 
- 1 tsp dried rosemary 
- Salt and pepper, to taste 
- 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry (or pie crust)
