Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

 

I created these oatmeal chocolate chip cookies by tweaking Beatrice's Excellent Oatmeal Cookies recipe. My boyfriend absolutely loved them! I've never seen him enjoy cookies so much – he even said they surpassed his mother's recipe!
