METHOD :
1️⃣ Prep & Preheat:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with liners.
2️⃣ Make Crust:
Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press 1 tsp into each cup. Bake 5 mins.
3️⃣ Cook Apples:
Sauté apples, butter, sugar, and spices until tender (5 mins). Cool slightly.
4️⃣ Fill & Bake:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Spoon 1 tbsp filling over crusts. Top with ½ tsp apples.
Bake 12-15 mins until set. Chill 1 hour.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Drizzle with caramel. Keep refrigerated!
