METHOD :
1️⃣ Cook & Cool Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with 1 tsp olive oil to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Make Dressing:
Whisk mayo, sour cream, Dijon, Old Bay, garlic powder, lemon zest/juice, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Combine Gently:
In a large bowl, mix pasta, crab, celery, bell pepper, onion, and dill.
Fold in dressing until just combined.
4️⃣ Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate 1+ hour for flavors to meld.
Garnish with extra dill and lemon wedges. Serve chilled!
